Green pizza with leeks and Roquefort


Cooking time: 25 min - Preparation time: 10 min - For: 4 people

Ingredients

1 ready-to-use pizza dough
2 beautiful leeks
50 gr of Roquefort cheese
1 ball of mozzarella
40 gr of parmesan
10 gr of butter
1 tsp of dried oregano
1 pinch of Espelette pepper
Olive oil
Salt, pepper


Preparation:

1. Wash and finely slice the leeks. Heat the butter in a saucepan and let the leek soften for about ten minutes over low heat. Salt and pepper to taste.

2. Roll out the pizza dough on the work surface. Cut the mozzarella into pieces and spread them on the dough. Sprinkle with half of the parmesan.

3. Then spread the leeks and the crumbled Roquefort. Sprinkle with oregano, the rest of the parmesan and Espelette pepper. Add a drizzle of olive oil.

4. Bake in the preheated Kokko. Let it cook for ten to fifteen minutes.

Tip: Vary the pleasures by replacing the Roquefort with blue cheese from Auvergne.
