Multicoloured Provençal Tomatoes

Ingredients:

4 tomatoes of different colours
Fleur de sel
50g of coarse breadcrumbs
2 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of parsley



Accessory:

1/2 Ceramic plate

 


Preparation:

 

1. Turn on your Kokko and reach an oven temperature of 220°C.

2. Mix the breadcrumbs with the garlic, a pinch of fleur de sel and the parsley, the mixture should be green.

3. Remove the stalks from the tomatoes and cut in half lengthways, season with fleur de sel and sprinkle with the green breadcrumbs.

4. Arrange them on the ½ indirect baking tray and place on the grill, cook for 20 minutes, the tomatoes are ready when they start to bubble and the breadcrumbs lightly coloured.
