Roasted peaches and figs


Cooking time: 5 min - Preparation time: 3 min - Serves: 6

Ingredients

6 yellow peaches
12 figs
50 g brown sugar
6 scoops vanilla ice cream


Preparation:

1. Halve the figs. Peel and halve the peaches, removing the stones. Sprinkle a little brown sugar over the cut side of the fruit.

2. Heat the Kokko over medium heat, place the fruit, sugar side down, and caramelize for 5 minutes.

3. Remove immediately and arrange peaches and figs on individual plates.

4. Let cool, then add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to the side. Enjoy immediately.

Tip: You can replace the peaches and figs with other fruits: melon, apricots, plums... And replace vanilla ice cream with calissons or coconut ice cream.
