Peach with cured ham


Cooking time: 5 min - Preparation time: 5 min - Serves: 4

Ingredients

4 slices cured ham
2 peaches
100 g fresh goat's cheese
Rosemary


Preparation:

1. Preheat your plancha over low heat. Meanwhile, clean the peaches and cut into quarters.

2. On your plancha, cook the peaches, turning them over halfway through cooking. Surround them with the goat's cheese and ham.

3. Arrange on a plate: garnish your peaches with cured ham and rosemary!

Tip: You can also enjoy this recipe as an aperitif on skewers.
