
Ingredients:
1 pizza dough
Tomato sauce
4 slices of bacon (or cured ham)
1 mozzarella ball
Arugula
Basil
The recipe:
1 - Roll out your pizza dough and spread tomato sauce on it. Add the bacon slices, previously cut in 2, and mozzarella slices.
2 - Sprinkle with basil and arrange a few arugula leaves.
3 - Turn on the Kokko and place the ceramic stone inside so that it heats up as well. Once the Kokko reaches 250°C, bake the pizza for 5 minutes.
4 - When the crust is golden brown, remove from the Kokko and enjoy! Enjoy your meal!
