3 red peppers
1 onion
150 g shrimp
Paris mushrooms
Lemon
Preparation:
1. Wash and cut the peppers and Paris mushrooms, then remove the heads from the shrimp
2. Preheat your Kokko to high heat then place the peppers, onion and mushrooms. Stir regularly.
3. After 10 minutes, place the shrimp on the Kokko. Heat the preparation for another 5 minutes, stirring.
4. Arrange your plate and drizzle everything with the juice of a lemon.
Serve hot!
