Ingredients
8 small new potatoes
4 slices of bacon
4 tbsp of sour cream
2 tbsp of tarragon
1 tbsp of chives
1 tbsp of lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
1. Poach your potatoes in a saucepan of salted water for 5-10 minutes.
2. Then cut them in half and wrap each piece with a small slice of bacon. Then skewer the wrapped potatoes on skewers.
3. On your preheated Kokko, cook each side over high heat for 4 minutes.
4. While waiting for the end of cooking, prepare a tarragon sauce: mix the cream, herbs, lemon juice and season.
