Ingredients
6 yellow peaches
50 g honey
50 g butter
80 g muesli
25 g sugar
Optional: cinnamon powder
Preparation:
1. Rinse the peaches. Cut them in 2 and remove the pit. Sprinkle with sugar.
2. Light the Kokko over high heat. Melt the butter with the honey, then add the muesli and let it caramelize. Set aside.
3. Caramelize the peaches, skin side first.
4. To serve: fill the peaches with the muesli. Drizzle with honey. Ready to serve!
Tip: Serve with a scoop of vanilla or honey ice cream.
