Ingredients:
1 kg of potatoes, half-cooked in water
250 g of mushrooms
100 g of ham
1 onion
Salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary
Oil or butter
Lamb's lettuce for accompaniment
Preparation:
1. Peel the potatoes and grate them into strips. Cut the ham, mushrooms and onion into thin slices.
2. Preheat your Kokko to medium heat, pour a little oil or butter on the Kokko round cast iron plate and sauté the ham, mushrooms and onion. Add the potatoes and spices and brown both sides.
3. Arrange the dishes with the röstis and lamb's lettuce.
4. Enjoy!
Tips: Instead of strips, you can also cut the potatoes into thin slices. This recipe goes very well with fried eggs.
