Ingredients
4 red mullets
4 tsp of pistou
4 slices of smoked bacon
4 sprigs of rosemary
Olive oil
1 small glass of dry white wine
Preparation:
1. Prepare your red mullets (scale, gut, behead and remove the bones). For more details on how to prepare your fish, visit the author's blog.
2. Place a spoonful of pistou sauce on your fillets. Close the fillets in pairs to reconstitute your fish.
3. Wrap your fish in a slice of smoked bacon.
4. Place your red mullets with a sprig of rosemary on your Kokko, onto which you have poured olive oil and white wine. Cook.
5. Enjoy hot!
