Ingredients:
800 g of pulled pork
6 burger buns
2 red onions
1 large tomato or 2 small tomatoes
1 avocado
150 g of cheddar
50 g of lettuce
Ketchup
Mustard
Olive oil
Preparation:
1. Prepare your pulled pork (Kokko recipe)
2. Cut the ingredients: tomato into slices, avocado into strips, onions into slices.
3. Fry the onions in oil in a small pan in your Kokko.
4. Set aside to heat the buns on the Kokko grill, then add the cheddar to melt it on the bread.
5. Remove the bread, add the sauces and ingredients, and in the meantime heat the meat.
6. Once the meat is hot enough, add it to the hamburger!
