1 clove of garlic
15 g of flour
35 g of water
125 ml of milk
1 onion

Preparation:
1. To start, put the chicken breasts so as to cover them with salt.
2. Then let it rest in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
3. Once the time has elapsed, take out and rinse the chicken breasts with cold water, then dry with a cloth.
4. Then place the chicken breasts in your Kokko, to start a smoked cooking for 40 minutes.
