Smoked Pork Belly


Preparation time: 30 minutes + 2 hours - Cooking time: 4 to 5 hours - For: 6 people

Ingredients:


1 kg of beef brisket
5 g (1 tablespoon) of cayenne pepper
15 g of salt
15 g of onion powder
15 g of garlic powder
15 g of mustard

Optional: 1 dark beer

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, pour all the ingredients.

2. Put the beef brisket in a dish, and spread the mixture of ingredients on all sides of the meat.

3. Leave in the refrigerator for 2 to 5 hours

4. Then place your brisket in your Kokko for smoked cooking for 4 to 5 hours.

Optional: add the dark beer to the marinade to give the meat more flavour.
