Ingredients:
1 kg of potatoes
300 grams of smoked bacon
1 reblochon cheese
20 cl of crème fraîche (whole)
Preparation:
1. Cook the potatoes for 20 minutes, then once cooked, cut them into slices.
2. In a pan, sauté the shallots, which will have been previously peeled and cut up, with butter and oil.
3. Then add the smoked bacon (Kokko smoked bacon recipe).
4. Start heating your Kokko.
5. In a baking dish, arrange alternating layers of potatoes and the preparation with the bacon.
6. Pour the crème fraîche into the dish.
7. Then cut the reblochon into thin slices, which you will place on top of your dish.
8. Finally, place your dish in your Kokko for smoked cooking for 30 minutes.
