Ingredients
1 ready-to-roll pizza dough
1 small courgette
1/2 red pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
20 cl of tomato sauce
100 gr of ricotta
50 gr of mozzarella
1 tsp of oregano
Salt, pepper
Olive oil
Preparation:
1. Cut the zucchini into rounds and the peppers into thin strips. Cook the vegetables on the lightly oiled griddle for about ten minutes.
2. Unroll the pizza dough. Spread the tomato sauce over the entire surface. Salt and pepper.
3. Then spread the crumbled ricotta, the mozzarella cut into small pieces, then the vegetables. Salt and pepper.
4. Sprinkle with oregano, add a drizzle of olive oil. Bake in your Kokko for about fifteen minutes.
Tip: Serve this pizza with a Côte-de-Provence.
