How to clean the Kokko barbecue?

Kokko barbecue maintenance is quick and easy. Here are the steps you need to follow to keep your kamado clean and efficient:

1. Ash removal

After each use, ashes accumulate at the bottom of the bowl.
➡️ They can be easily removed through the stainless steel air intake on the front of the barbecue, using a brush.

💡 Practical tip: the "Stainless steel ash catcher tray and shovel" accessory allows ash to be collected directly in a stainless steel tray for even faster cleaning.

2. Exterior cleaning

The ceramic exterior is simply cleaned with water and a soft sponge.
🚫 Avoid abrasive products that could damage the surface.

3. Interior maintenance

All components inside the Kokko are removable.
➡️ They can be removed one by one for separate cleaning.
