How does home delivery work?
Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
For Kokko L and XL:
Our delivery partner, DB SCHENKER, will contact you by email and SMS to notify you that they have received the package in order to schedule a delivery date. Once the delivery is scheduled, the driver will call you to let you know when they will arrive. Your package will be handed to you personally against signature. If the package is damaged, you must make reservations on the carrier's delivery note, but you can accept the package.
If you are absent, DB Schenker can suggest that you leave the parcel with one of your neighbors (if they can take charge of your parcel). In all cases, if your parcel cannot be delivered directly to you, DB SCHENKER will leave a calling card with essential information for contacting them toorganise a new delivery.
For Little Kokko and accessories:
Our delivery partner, GLS Express, will contact you by email to notify you that they have received the package. Once the delivery is scheduled, GLS will contact you on the day of delivery by SMS, and the driver will call you to let you know when they will arrive. Your package will be handed to you personally against signature.
If you're not at home, GLS can offer to leave the parcel with a relative (if they can handle it), or drop it off at the nearest Mondial Relay Point. You then have 10 days to collect your parcel. In all cases, if your parcel cannot be delivered directly to you, GLS will leave a calling card with essential information for organise a new delivery.
