How to light your Kokko?

Even easier to light than a classic barbecue!

Place charcoal in the bowl directly or in the stainless steel charcoal basket.

Place two or three natural firelighters inside the hearth.

Let the coals catch for 10 minutes, lid open.

Close the lid and open the bottom vent and top chimney to allow air to circulate.

Monitor the temperature with the integrated thermometer.
