Spiced lamb skewers


Cooking time: 15 min - Preparation time: 15 min - For: 6 people

Ingredients

1 kg boneless leg of lamb
2 red onions
2 yellow peppers
2 crushed garlic cloves
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground ginger
1 pinch of chili powder
A few sprigs of fresh mint
1 lemon
Salt, pepper


Preparation:

1. Cut the meat into large cubes. Cut the peppers into pieces and the onions into quarters. Thread the meat, onion and pepper pieces onto skewers, alternating them.

2. Prepare the marinade: mix the olive oil, spices, garlic, chopped mint, lemon juice and zest.

3. Pour over the skewers and leave to marinate for at least 2 hours, turning regularly.

4. Heat the Kokko. Lightly oil the top and cook the skewers for 10 to 15 minutes.

Tip: Serve with Lebanese tabbouleh.
