Eggplants with feta cheese


Cooking time: 10 min - Preparation time: 10 min - Serves: 4

Ingredients

2 eggplants
200 g feta cheese
200 g ground beef
Tomato sauce
Olive oil
Herbes de provence


Preparation:

1. Preheat your Kokko over low heat. Wash the eggplants and cut them into 2 cm-thick slices lengthways. Sprinkle with salt and a little sugar to drain.

2. Place the eggplant slices on your Kokko and cook for 5 minutes per side in olive oil. Meanwhile, brown the minced meat with the tomato sauce and herbes de provence.

3. Then fill the eggplants with the tomato and minced meat mixture and place cubes of feta cheese on top to melt.

Enjoy piping hot!

Tip: You can replace the eggplants with zucchinis.
