An ultra-gourmet, vegan recipe.
Ingredients :

300 g oyster mushrooms

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon mustard

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper
Equipment:
- Kokko kamado
- Chamba black clay salad bowl
- Stainless steel cooking accessory kit: spatula, meat fork, tongs and brush for basting marinades.
- Cast-iron cooking grid
Preparation:
Whisk together all the marinade ingredients. Brush generously over the oyster mushrooms, then leave to rest for 20 minutes. Grill directly on the grill, 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until lightly caramelized.
Perfect in a burger bun with arugula, red onions and homemade pickles.
