Ingredients
6 unripe bananas
10 cl rum
50 cl orange juice
50 gr raisins
Preparation:
1. Soak the raisins in hot water for ten minutes.
2. Pour the orange juice into a saucepan and reduce by half. At the end, add the drained raisins and leave to cool off the heat.
3. Heat the Kokko. Place the whole bananas with the peel on the griddle and cook for around ten minutes on each side. The bananas should turn black.
4. Just before serving, open the top and pull the peel slightly apart. Pour in the rum and flambé. Place on plates and serve with the orange-raisin sauce.
Tip: You can replace the rum with Grand Marnier or Chartreuse.
