Preparation:
1. Prepare your meat: generously cover the beef ribs on both sides with fleur de sel and pepper.
2. Heat your Kokko on high heat and lightly spray with oil. Once your plate is hot, place your 2 beef ribs on it. Cook for 2 minutes on each side.
3. Tip: Cook your meat on a grill on your Kokko. This way, your meat will be braised and have a good grilled flavor.
