Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
1 tbsp oil
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp liquid honey
1 tbsp thyme
2 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp cumin
Salt, pepper
For the white sauce:
200 g of fromage blanc
Garlic
Parsley
Chives
Salt, pepper
Shallot
Lemon juice
Material:

Preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients except the chicken.
2. Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and soak them in the marinade for at least 1/2 hour.
3. Make skewers with the chicken cubes.
4. Light your Kokko. Pour a drizzle of olive oil and brown the skewers for 5 minutes on each side.
4. Prepare the white sauce: finely chop the garlic, chives, and parsley. Mix them with the fromage blanc and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper.
Tip: Serve these skewers in bread for original sandwiches.
