Parsley squid


Cooking time: 8 min - Preparation time: 10 min - For: 4 people

Ingredients:

400g of prepared squid (emptied)
4 tbsp of olive oil
4 apricots
1 bunch of parsley
1 pinch of Espelette pepper
Salt, pepper

Material:

Kamado Kokko L
or Kamado Kokko XL
Reversible cast-iron plancha griddle
Stainless steel tongs

Preparation:

1. Wash, dry and finely chop the parsley

2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, parsley, chilli, salt and pepper.

3. Cut the squid into small sections to create fairly thin rings. Place in a shallow dish.

4. Pour the sauce over the squid and mix well.

5. Heat the griddle and cook the squid for 8 minutes, turning occasionally.

Now you can serve this Mediterranean meal to all your guests!
