Ingredients
2 long courgettes
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion
250 g of ground beef
Salt, pepper
Olive oil
3 tomatoes
Grated cheese
Herbs from Provence
Optional: spices (cumin, paprika, turmeric)
Preparation:
1. Wash and cut the courgettes lengthwise. Hollow them out with a small spoon and save the flesh.
2. Light your Kokko and oil it. Sauté the onion and the flesh of the courgettes. Salt and pepper. Add the chopped tomatoes, finely chopped garlic, herbs and spices, and stir well. Finally, add the ground meat.
3. Garnish your courgettes with the ground meat preparation. Place them in an oven dish, and drizzle with a little olive oil. Cook for 30 to 35 minutes.
4. A few minutes before the end of cooking, you can sprinkle your dish with grated cheese.
Tip: Serve with rice or pasta.
