300 g shiitake mushrooms (or button mushrooms)

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp grated fresh ginger

Sesame seeds, spring onion

Preparation :
Mix all the marinade ingredients together and let the mushrooms marinate in a cool place for 30 minutes. Thread them onto skewers , then grill for 5 to 6 minutes over medium heat , turning regularly.
