Gentle, fragrant cooking for mushroom lovers.
Ingredients :

An assortment of mushrooms: chanterelles, oyster mushrooms, button mushrooms...

2 garlic cloves

A few sprigs of rosemary

Olive oil

Baking paper or banana leaf

Preparation:
Make a generous papillote with the chopped mushrooms, chopped garlic, rosemary and olive oil. Close carefully. Place on the grill at medium temperature, lid closed, for 15 to 20 minutes. The mushrooms cook in their own juices, retaining all their flavour.
Serve at the beginning of a grilled meal, with country-style bread toasted on the barbecue.
