Brown mushrooms sautéed with kamado

A healthy alternative to fried potatoes.

Ingredients :

  • 400 g brown (or button) mushrooms

  • 1 shallot, minced

  • 1 dash lemon juice

  • Fresh parsley

  • Butter or olive oil

  • Fleur de sel, freshly ground pepper

Preparation:
On a Kokko griddle, sauté the shallot in a little fat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté over high heat until golden-brown. Finish with a squeeze of lemon, chopped parsley and a pinch of fleur de sel.
