400 g brown (or button) mushrooms

1 shallot, minced

1 dash lemon juice

Fresh parsley

Butter or olive oil

Fleur de sel, freshly ground pepper

On a Kokko griddle, sauté the shallot in a little fat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté over high heat until golden-brown. Finish with a squeeze of lemon, chopped parsley and a pinch of fleur de sel.
